PV panel aluminum frame removal machine: a "green assistant" that makes recycling more efficient

#Industry ·2025-12-13

With the vigorous development of the photovoltaic industry, the recycling and processing of a large number of decommissioned photovoltaic panels has become an important issue in the green economy. As one of the core components, the aluminum frames of photovoltaic panels have high recycling value but are difficult to separate—traditional manual disassembly is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive, but also prone to damaging the aluminum frames or internal silicon wafers. At this time, the emergence of photovoltaic panel aluminum frame disassembling machines has provided a solution to this problem. In the recycling workshop, several disassembling machines are busy operating: workers place decommissioned photovoltaic panels on the conveyor belt, and the machines automatically complete positioning, clamping, and cutting separation. In less than a minute, the tightly bonded aluminum frames and panels are accurately disassembled. The aluminum frames are safely slid into the collection box, and the panels proceed to the next process. Compared with the manual efficiency of disassembling one panel in 10 minutes, the machine's efficiency is nearly ten times higher, greatly reducing labor costs. Precision is another highlight of the machine. Intelligent sensors and hydraulic systems precisely control the force and angle, avoiding deformation and damage caused by manual operation, ensuring an aluminum frame recycling rate of over 98%. The recycled aluminum frames can be remelted into new materials, reducing the need for aluminum mining. Components such as silicon wafers can also be further recycled, effectively reducing the risk of environmental pollution. This seemingly ordinary machine is actually a key link in the closed-loop of photovoltaic recycling. It not only promotes the efficient recycling of decommissioned photovoltaic panels, but also helps with resource recycling, injecting technological impetus into the "double carbon" goal. On the path of green development, such "little helpers" use technological power to give every decommissioned photovoltaic panel new value and become a vivid footnote to sustainable development.
