  • Details

The remaining power in the waste battery is released, and then the battery is torn, crushed, and pulverized to separate the diaphragm, shell, and positive and negative electrode fragments. The positive and negative electrode sheets are crushed, air-selected, and separated to obtain copper-aluminum mixed metal particles, realizing the full value recovery of waste batteries.

There are many recyclable components in waste batteries, including about 15% metal cobalt, 14% copper, 25% iron, 4.7% aluminum, and 0.1% lithium. These metals are primary resources with high recycling value. The battery crusher supporting equipment crushes the raw materials to less than 10mm with a coarse crusher, and then enters the micro-powder crusher for stripping and crushing, and then enters the micro-powder classifier for separation and treatment. The tail ash is collected by the subsequent cyclone separator and pulse vacuum cleaner. The entire recycling process realizes industrial automation, with high recycling efficiency and strong processing capacity. The processing capacity is 500 kg per hour, the annual processing capacity is 5,000 tons, and the recovery rate of valuable components of waste batteries is more than 90%.
