As a classic gravity separation device, the small channel steel shaking table features a compact structure, precise separation and strong adaptability. It is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized mines, concentrator technical transformation, laboratory purification and tailings resource utilization projects. Widely applied in the roughing and cleaning operations of metallic ores such as gold, tin, tungsten and iron, as well as non-metallic ores including quartz sand and feldspar, it can also realize efficient separation of copper rice from waste cables, suitable for processing placer ores and finely crushed ores with a particle size of 0.037-3mm.

Relying on the differential reciprocating motion and multi-layer separation bed surface design, the small channel steel shaking table achieves asymmetric reciprocating motion of the bed surface driven by a motor. Cooperated with transverse water flow flushing, mineral particles are naturally stratified according to density differences. High-density concentrate is enriched along the longitudinal troughs, and low-density tailings are discharged with the water flow. The stepped channel steel bed surface extends the separation stroke, with the recovery rate of fine-grained minerals reaching more than 88% and the concentration ratio up to 40 times. Concentrate, middlings and tailings can be obtained through one separation, with outstanding separation efficiency.
In practical application, the small channel steel shaking table shows multiple practical advantages: the stroke of 5-12mm, the stroke frequency of 240-320 times per minute and the bed surface inclination of 0°-10° can be adjusted independently, supporting one-click switching of separation modes for different ore types with simple operation and easy control; the bed surface is equipped with a 10mm thick manganese steel liner, which improves wear resistance by 3 times, the service life of the equipment is more than 5 years, with stable operation and low failure rate; only a 1.1kW explosion-proof motor is equipped, and the optimized transmission structure makes the operation noise ≤65dB, which is energy-saving and low-consumption, more in line with production needs; the modular design enables convenient disassembly and assembly, which can be completed by 2 people within 1 hour, and it can also be adapted to mobile beneficiation vehicles, taking into account both fixed operation and flexible production scenarios.

The equipment has a processing capacity of 0.5-1.8t/h and an overall weight of ≤220kg. The installation only requires simple cement pouring and embedded anchor bolts without complex civil engineering, enabling efficient separation in limited space. With the characteristics of high cost performance and strong adaptability, it provides a stable and efficient beneficiation solution for small and medium-scale separation operations, taking into account both separation accuracy and production practicality, and is a reliable choice with low cost and high return in beneficiation operations.
