Cooperated with transverse water flow flushing, mineral particles are naturally stratified according to density differences. High-density concentrate is enriched along the longitudinal troughs, and low-density tailings are discharged with the water flow. The stepped channel steel bed surface extends the separation stroke, with the recovery rate of fine-grained minerals reaching more than 88% and the concentration ratio up to 40 times. Concentrate, middlings and tailings can be obtained through one separation, with outstanding separation efficiency.
