Recently, there are piles of used compressors in my shop. Manual disassembly is inefficient and also hurts my hands, which really annoys me. A colleague recommended Jiangxi Mingxin's used compressor cutting machine, and I reluctantly bought one. After using it for two months, I have to say it's really great! Let me quickly share my usage notes. First, the most obvious feeling The efficiency improvement is too obvious! Before, two people could disassemble a maximum of 30 compressors a day, but now one machine can handle 40-50 compressors in an hour, cutting labor costs in half. The cutting edge is smooth, and the iron shell, copper wire, and stator are separated cleanly, making subsequent sorting much easier. Detailed testing of the equipment - Blade material: It uses alloy steel blades. I only sharpened them once after two weeks of continuous operation, so the durability is ok. - Safety protection: The feed port has a splash guard, and the emergency brake button is very sensitive, which is very important for workers. - Operational difficulty: It's a foolproof operation. After teaching it for ten minutes, the lady could get started. The electronic control panel is simple and clear, unlike some equipment that requires programming. - Noise control: About 80 decibels, which is much quieter than the old model. We don't have to shout to communicate in the workshop anymore. Purchasing advice 1. Look at the power: Mingxin has two models, 3KW and 5KW. I chose the 5KW one, and it doesn't get stuck when dealing with thick shell compressors. 2. Look at after-sales service: They provide on-site debugging and blade maintenance training, which is better than some factories in Henan (the after-sales phone of the previous one I bought couldn't even be reached). 3. Price: The market price is 28,000-35,000 yuan. I directly contacted the manufacturer, which saved me a few thousand yuan. Pitfall warnings - There may occasionally be sparks during cutting, so it's necessary to have a fire extinguisher in the workshop. - The blade gap needs to be adjusted regularly, otherwise it will jam the material. - The oil in the compressor needs to be drained in advance, otherwise the cutting surface will be slippery. Conclusion If you are a medium- or small-sized waste recycling station with a daily processing capacity of 50-100 compressors, Jiangxi Mingxin's cutting machine is definitely the king of cost-effectiveness. I calculated the payback period of the investment, and it's about 4-5 months. Large factories can take a look at their fully automatic production line, while small workshops shouldn't bother with it—it's more cost-effective to do it manually. If any colleagues want to see the machine in person, they're welcome to come to my shop for a chat and exchange! As the saying goes, seeing is believing.
