Disassembly line and dust removal equipment
1. High dust removal efficiency, can capture dust above 0.3nm, and purify dust-containing gas to 15mg/m3 or even below.
2. Less auxiliary equipment, less investment, and technical requirements are not as high as those of electrostatic precipitators.
3. Can capture dust that is difficult to recover by electrostatic precipitators; and can collect compounds such as nitrates and sulfides to a certain extent.
4. Good adaptability to load changes, especially suitable for capturing fine and dry dust, and the collected dry dust is easy to handle and recycle.
5. Bag dust collectors are safer when collecting dust-containing gases with explosion hazards or sparks.
Hazards of dust
What is production dust? Generally speaking, it is solid particles generated during the production process and can float in the air of the production environment for a long time. Industrial dust has many harmful effects on human body, but the most prominent harm is manifested in the lungs. Due to the different properties and chemical composition of dust, the harm to the lungs varies greatly. According to the performance after being harmed, the lung diseases caused by dust can be divided into three situations.
The first is pneumoconiosis. This is one of the main occupational diseases. my country has listed it as a statutory occupational disease. This disease is caused by inhaling high concentrations of industrial dust for a long time, causing a systemic disease with pulmonary tissue fibrosis as the main feature. Due to the wide variety of types, there are many types of pneumoconiosis, mainly silicosis, asbestosis, talcosis, mica lung, coal lung, coal silicosis, carbon pneumoconiosis, etc.
The second is pulmonary dust deposition, which is caused by inhaling certain metallic dust or other dust, causing dust to deposit in the lung tissue, thus showing a foreign body reaction, and its harm is less than pneumoconiosis.
The third is pulmonary lesions and allergic diseases caused by dust. This type of disease is mainly caused by organic dust, such as cotton dust, hemp dust, fur dust, wood dust, etc.
