    Working Principle


    The acid mist waste gas is introduced into the purification tower through the air duct. After passing through the packing layer, the waste gas and the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid are fully contacted and absorbed and neutralized. After being purified, the acid mist waste gas is dehydrated and defogged by the defogger plate and then discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. The absorption liquid is pressurized by the water pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed down at the top of the tower, and finally flows back to the bottom of the tower for recycling. The purified acid mist waste gas meets the emission requirements of Guangdong Provincial Local Emission Standards, which are lower than the national emission standards.

    Structure


    The packing layer in the spray tower is used as a mass transfer device for the contact components between the gas and liquid phases. A packing support plate is installed at the bottom of the packing tower, and the packing is placed on the support plate in a random pile. A packing pressure plate is installed above the packing to prevent it from being blown by the rising air flow. The spray tower spray liquid is sprayed from the top of the tower through the liquid distributor to the packing, and flows down along the surface of the packing. The gas is fed from the bottom of the tower, and after being distributed by the gas distribution device, it continuously passes through the gaps in the packing layer in a countercurrent with the liquid. On the surface of the packing, the gas and liquid phases are in close contact for mass transfer. When the liquid flows downward along the packing layer, wall flow sometimes occurs. The wall flow effect causes the gas and liquid phases to be unevenly distributed in the packing layer, thereby reducing the mass transfer efficiency. Therefore, the packing layer in the spray tower is divided into two sections, and a redistribution device is set in the middle, and after redistribution, it is sprayed onto the lower packing.

    Applicable precautions


    1. Regulation of circulating water volume: determined by the spray tower water supply pump. When one boiler is running, only one can be turned on. When two or three are running at the same time in winter, both water pumps should be turned on. The flow of the mud pump should be adjusted according to the flow of the circulating pump to make it equal.


    2. The amount of dosing in the dosing tank in the spray tower: when one boiler is running, add 2 bags of alkali and 5 bags of slaked lime. If two or three are running in winter, the amount of dosing can be increased by the corresponding multiple.


    3 The spray tower sedimentation tank should be cleaned frequently, once a week in summer and once every three days in winter.


    4. When the ash-water separator is discharged, it should be discharged once per shift, and the sewage valve should be opened separately until clean water is discharged.


    5. The above rotating parts should be checked and oiled frequently, and any faults should be eliminated in time to ensure the desulfurization effect of the spray tower.


    6. Pay attention to safety when adding drugs up and down the stairs, and have self-security and mutual security awareness.


    7. Clean up in time after work and make sure the site is clean after leaving.
