PCB board and integrated circuit recycling and processing: Turning electronic "waste" into a resource oasis

#Industry ·2026-02-07

When the last chip stops functioning, the PCB board covered with copper wires and solder points doesn't reach its end, but instead embarks on a second life. We adopt the combined process of "low-temperature pyrolysis and vacuum sorting": first, we make the resin substrate brittle in a 280°C inert environment, then remove the copper foil completely through vacuum stripping, with a recovery rate of 98%; next, we enter a high-pressure electrostatic field to accurately capture precious metal particles (Au, Ag, Pd) based on their conductivity. For every ton of waste boards, 200 grams of gold and 1 kilogram of silver can be extracted, instantly increasing their value by 30 times. For integrated circuits, we first remove the encapsulation with lasers, and then soak the wafers in environmentally friendly acid solution for 45 minutes, allowing 99.5% of the silicon wafers to be reused and re-entered into the solar energy and sensor industry chains. Throughout the entire process, there is no wastewater discharge, and VOCs are concentrated and burned for power generation, meeting the EU R2v3 certification requirements. Entrust your electronic waste to us, and let urban mines no longer lie dormant, so that every technological leap forward is accompanied by a green echo.
