Waste battery terminators: a crushing, separation, and recycling production line that enables resources to be fully restored to their original state

#Industry ·2026-02-08

When the last bit of electricity is exhausted, the battery is not the end, but the starting point of another high-energy journey. This fully enclosed, negative-pressure-operated production line is like a "resource surgical table" — first, it uses intelligent AI vision to identify the battery type, then it uses "low temperature shearing inertia protection" crushing technology to accurately separate components such as steel shells, aluminum shells, copper foils, graphite, lithium, cobalt, nickel, and manganese; a four-pronged combination of magnetic separation, eddy current, density sorting, and electrostatic sorting can achieve a metal purity of up to 99.7% and increase the lithium content in black powder by 18%. During the entire process, nitrogen protection is used to prevent any VOCs from leaking, and the DCS system locks every gram of dust and every milliliter of electrolyte into an "environmental safe box". With a daily processing capacity of 2–20 tons, modular design allows the production line to be expanded in just three days. Turning hazardous waste into urban mines and transforming pollution into profits — with a single line, it can reduce the mining of 12,000 tons of raw ore and cut carbon dioxide emissions by 38,000 tons in a year. This is the battery crushing and separation recycling production line, giving the Earth a "fully charged" future.
