When industrial fumes roar out of the pipeline, the first thing they encounter is not a fine, but a water curtain. The spray tower, a waterfall flowing backward: waste gas rises, water mist descends, acid-base neutralization, particle sedimentation, and odor dissolution - a "baptism" completed in three seconds. 316L helical nozzles cut every drop of water into trillions of mist blades, thinner than a strand of hair but stricter than the law. PM2.5, formaldehyde, and sulfuric acid mist are all trapped in the water prison. The FRP double-layer laminated tower body never rusts for 10 years, like putting a permanently clean "mask" on the factory. Low-head circulating pumps treat 1,200m³ of waste gas per kilowatt-hour of electricity at a cost lower than a piece of A4 paper. Modular design allows heightening or expansion in 30 minutes, making environmental protection no longer subject to "waiting for approval". With an outlet humidity of 5%, residents can't see the "white dragon" in winter, and finally dare to open their windows. Today, we return the chimneys to the sky and keep peace of mind for ourselves.
