I. Overview of the Equipment The solar panel aluminum frame disassembling machine developed by Jiangxi Mingxin adopts hydraulic separation technology, with a maximum processing power of 3.5 kW/hour, and is compatible with aluminum frames of sizes 180-210 mm.The fuselage is welded entirely from Q235B carbon steel, and is paired with the Siemens S7-1200 PLC control system to achieve a positioning accuracy of 0.2mm.II. Operating Process 1. Pre-processing Station: After positioning via the feeding conveyor line, the encapsulation adhesive is softened for 90 seconds using a hot air gun (standard 200 preheating module). 2. Separation Operation: The four-way hydraulic clamping grippers (pressure adjustable range 0.6-1.2 MPa) are activated, and the equipment automatically performs a disassembly action first by vertically lifting 15 mm and then horizontally translating. 3. Residual Adhesive Processing: A rotating steel brush module (rotating speed 3000 rpm) is configured to automatically clean the residual EVA adhesive in the frame grooves. III. Technical Advantages 1. Adopting a dual-camera vision positioning system, it effectively recognizes the frame seams of components of different specifications. 2. The modular tool design supports quick replacement (replacement time of a single tool is 3 minutes). 3. The energy consumption control system ensures that the power consumption for processing a single component is controlled within 0.8 kWh. IV. Maintenance Points 1. After daily operation, the guide rails and sliders need to be cleaned and lithium-based grease added. 2. It is recommended to replace the anti-wear hydraulic oil (specification HV46) every 400 hours for the hydraulic system. 3. Check the tightness of the servo motor coupling once a month, and the torque value should be maintained at 28 N·m.
