During the extreme heatwave of 2016, scrap steel and molten iron underwent a magnificent transformation—the converter, with a "Chinese speed" of 36 minutes per furnace, reinjected every gram of recycled metal back into the cycle of life. We adopted top-bottom composite blowing and intelligent secondary gun dynamic control, achieving a 97% dual carbon temperature hit rate and an 8% reduction in energy consumption per ton of steel compared to industry averages. By incorporating proprietary technologies such as rare earth injection and slag splash furnace protection, we broke the world record with a furnace life exceeding 30,000 cycles. With nitrogen oxide emissions of 50 mg/m³ and particulate matter at 10 mg/m³, we turned green steel from a slogan into a measurable reality. Choosing the converter means choosing an efficient, low-carbon, and sustainable industrial future; making every steel pour a declaration of reducing the burden on the earth.
