Two sections of trapezoid and rectangle are commonly used in the production of the top coarse sand bed. The bed surface of 6-S coarse sand shaker is mainly composed of rectangular sections. When the ore flow flows through, the recurrence bar of this section can produce strong eddy currents near the side of the ore flow, easy to loose the coarse particles, and easy to flush out the small density of coarse ore gangue. It is also used to add a small convex section on the surface of the rectangular strip.
The coarse sand surface of the Yun-tin type shaker is made of trapezoidal section. On the face of the trapezoidal ridged bar, a small convex bar is nailed in the direction of the ore flow, which can increase the eddy strength and protect the dense mineral.
The strip on the fine sand bed is shorter than the strip on the coarse sand bed. The cross section shape of the Yun-tin fine sand bed surface is made into a zigzag shape, forming 4 triangular small grooves to trap the fine-grained heavy minerals that are rushed out.
The surface of the slime bed has a triangular section, or a groove is carved on the bed surface to make a rib, and the cross section of the groove is an inverted triangle. When the ore flow flows through these two shapes, it is relatively smooth and the turbulence is weak, which is conducive to the recovery of fine heavy minerals. The bed surface of 6-S slime shaker is a triangular strip, and the bed surface of Yun-tin slime shaker and spring shaker is a grooved strip. The test shows that the performance of the notched bed is better than that of the triangular laminated bed.
