All three are mechanical agitation flotation machines for mineral flotation in mines, with core differences in structure, function and applicable working conditions. Select as needed:
- XJK: Self-aerating + self-suction slurry, middling gravity flow, simple operation & low investment. Suitable for the whole process of small and medium-sized concentrators. Shortcoming: average effect in high-concentration and coarse-grain slurry treatment.
- SF: Dual slurry circulation, anti-coarse sand sedimentation, single tank forming a circuit, large capacity & stable efficiency. Mainly for roughing and scavenging core processes in large and medium-sized concentrators.
- JJF: Self-aerating only, wide aeration adjustment, stable separation & low power consumption. Large capacity for roughing and scavenging in large and medium-sized concentrators. Needing stepped configuration and froth pump for middling return, often used in combination with SF.
Core Selection Rules:
XJK for small/medium concentrators or low budget;
SF for single-process roughing/scavenging in large/medium concentrators;
JJF or SF+JJF combination for large-scale flotation or high separation stability in large/medium concentrators.
