In terms of structural composition, the jaw crusher is mainly composed of a frame, eccentric shaft, large pulley, flywheel, side guard plate, toggle plate, toggle plate rear seat, gap adjustment screw, return spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate. Each component has a clear division of labor and cooperates with each other to ensure the stable operation of the equipment. For example, the frame, as the supporting main body of the equipment, must have sufficient strength and stability to withstand the huge impact force during the crushing process. In adapting to material characteristics, jaw crushers have strong adaptability to ore hardness, humidity, etc. For high-hardness ores such as quartzite and granite, they can successfully complete the crushing task with their solid structure and high-strength jaw plates. For ores with high humidity and high mud content, their non-clogging characteristics ensure the continuity of production, avoid frequent shutdowns for cleaning, and greatly improve production efficiency.
