The entire production line is designed with the principles of "zero explosion, zero leakage, and zero waste" as its foundation. It is like a precise surgical system that "dissects" battery packs, modules, and cells layer by layer. First, the intelligent shredder "hypnotizes" charged fragments in a low-temperature inert environment. Then, three "green sieves" - magnetic eddy current, gravity wind selection, and copper-aluminum sorting - take over to accurately separate black powder, copper foil, aluminum shells, and separators, with a recovery rate of 98% and a copper-aluminum purity of 99%. Throughout the process, nitrogen protection is maintained under negative pressure, and VOCs are captured in real time, with emissions 30% lower than EU standards. The PLC cloud-based twin system enables traceability of every gram of metal flow and direct integration with downstream precursor and cathode material factories, realizing a closed-loop recycling of "batteries to batteries".
