The scrapped lithium batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries, and lead-acid batteries are sent into this line. After 10 minutes, they are "disassembled" into recyclable black powder, copper granules, aluminum granules, and plastic films. Magnetic separation, eddy current, density sorting, ultrasonic sieving... Through 18 physical processes without fire or acid washing, the copper shines like new, and the black powder contains 95% cobalt, lithium, and nickel, which can be directly returned to the precursor body factory to make new batteries. The whole machine operates under a sealed negative pressure, with a dust concentration of 1mg/m³ and a noise level of 72dB, meeting EU CE and US UL standards. With a modular design, it can fit into a 20-foot container and process 20 tons per day, requiring only three workers and one engineer.
