A discarded mobile phone motherboard, weighing less than 50 grams, contains 0.2 grams of gold, 13 grams of copper, and highly toxic brominated flame retardants. When the 5G phone upgrade boom collides with the "carbon neutrality" goal, PCBs and chips are no longer destined for landfills, but rather urban mines. We adopt the dual-track process of "low-temperature desoldering pyrolysis separation": at 150°C, the solder melts and the chips are completely detached; at 450°C in an inert atmosphere, the resin is gasified, the fiberglass is recycled, and the metal enrichment rate is increased by 40%. Throughout the process, the dioxin emissions are one order of magnitude lower than the EU standards. From one ton of waste boards, 400 kilograms of copper, 150 grams of gold, and 80 grams of palladium can be extracted, while the carbon emissions are reduced by 90% compared to primary mining. Turning electronic waste into resources and making environmental protection an industry Ensuring that every technological upgrade no longer leaves a scar on the Earth, but instead becomes the starting point of a circular economy.
