This automated recycling line integrates three core modules: mechanical disassembly, intelligent sorting, and harmless processing. Through precision crushing and magnetic separation and wind selection technologies, it can efficiently separate recyclable materials such as iron, copper, aluminum, and plastics, with a recycling rate of over 95%. At the same time, it uses environmentally friendly processes to safely extract refrigerants and foaming agents, preventing the leakage of substances that damage the ozone layer. Each refrigerator processed is equivalent to reducing 200 kilograms of carbon emissions. From recycling to regeneration, we give used refrigerators a new lease of life: metal parts will become raw materials for automobile manufacturing, plastic granules can be remanufactured into outdoor benches, and glass panels can be processed into building insulation materials. This assembly line is not just a waste processing station, but also an urban mineral exploration site, driving the green cycle of "resources-products-renewable resources".
