As large-scale solar PV plants enter the decommissioning phase, the standardized treatment of waste photovoltaic panels has become an urgent industry demand. Waste photovoltaic panel disassembly and recycling equipment adopts mature physical separation technology, enabling fully automated, safe and efficient sorting of aluminum frames, glass, silicon wafers, metals and EVA film.
The modular production line first automatically removes frames and junction boxes, then uses low-temperature delamination and multi-stage crushing to fully separate different materials. Equipped with air separation, electrostatic and eddy current sorting systems, it achieves a high-purity recovery of glass, silicon, aluminum, copper, silver and other valuable materials, with a resource recovery rate of over 95%. Recycled materials can be directly reused for smelting and reproduction.
The whole line operates under fully closed negative pressure with pulse dust removal and waste gas purification systems, ensuring no waste water or hazardous waste emissions and meeting strict environmental protection standards. It is compatible with monocrystalline, polycrystalline and double-glass PV modules, with a processing capacity of 1–3 tons per hour. Supported by PLC intelligent control, the equipment greatly reduces labor and operation costs, turning “PV waste” into renewable resources and providing solid technical support for the green and circular development of the solar industry.
