Spiral chute is a gravity separation device based on gravity, centrifugal force and density difference. With a mature structure and stable performance, it is widely used for fine particle mineral separation.
The equipment completes separation through slurry gravity flow, no power required, with no moving parts, low noise and low energy consumption. The trough is mostly made of fiberglass or wear-resistant engineering plastic, featuring moisture-proof, rust-proof and corrosion-resistant properties, long service life and simple daily maintenance.
It is suitable for processing minerals such as iron ore, tin ore, tungsten ore, placer gold, ilmenite and zircon in the size range of 0.02–0.3 mm. It has strong adaptability to fluctuations in pulp concentration, particle size and grade, with stable separation and clear zoning. It is often used for roughing, scavenging and tailings retreatment, effectively enriching useful minerals, discarding tailings and reducing the load of subsequent processes.
Featuring compact installation, small footprint and easy operation, spiral chute has controllable investment and operation costs, making it a practical and reliable separation equipment for small and medium-sized mineral processing plants, placer mining and tailings resource recovery projects.
