The core equipment includes PV panel aluminum frame removal machines, glass separation devices, solar cell crushing and screening equipment, as well as supporting dust collection and purification systems. This equipment system can cover the entire process requirements of waste single-glass PV panels from disassembly to material separation, providing equipment support for efficient recycling.
In terms of the recycling process, the first step is the pretreatment stage: waste single-glass PV panels are fed into the aluminum frame removal machine. The machine efficiently separates the aluminum frame from the main body of the PV panel through precise identification and mechanical transmission. The separated aluminum frame can be directly sent for metal recycling without additional processing. Subsequently, the main body of the PV panel is cleaned to remove surface dirt via ultrasonic cleaning or spray cleaning, and then dried to ensure it is moisture-free, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing. After pretreatment, the core glass separation stage begins: the main body of the PV panel is transported to the glass separation device. This device adopts mechanical cutting combined with preheating auxiliary technology; it first reduces the bonding strength between the glass and the EVA layer, then uses a coordinated cutting group to remove the glass layer by layer. The glass removal rate exceeds 98%, and the processed glass is in the form of regular particles with low impurity content, which has high market value.
The subsequent processing and environmental protection guarantee links are also crucial: after glass removal, the remaining materials (mainly including solar cells, EVA film, and a small amount of metal wires) are sent to the crushing and screening equipment. After being crushed to a uniform particle size, the materials are accurately separated into copper particles, EVA particles, silicon powder, etc., through multi-layer screening and specific gravity separation technology. The purity of each material meets the requirements of recycling and can be used for smelting or PV auxiliary material production respectively. At the same time, the dust collection and purification system operates throughout the entire process to capture tiny particles and dust in real time. If backsheet processing is involved, wet grinding is used instead of dry processing to avoid the gasification of fluorine-containing components, ensuring that the working environment meets standards and realizing "zero-pollution" recycling.
