    Working principle

    The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feed port and crushed by the impact, impact, shearing and grinding of the high-speed moving hammer. At the bottom of the rotor, there is a screen plate. The particle size smaller than the screen hole size in the crushed material is discharged through the screen plate, and the coarse particle size larger than the screen hole size is retained on the screen plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer, and finally discharged from the machine through the screen plate.

    (2) If an electrical equipment fails, the electrical personnel should be responsible for handling it.


    (3) When it is necessary to enter the machine for inspection, the power switch must be turned off first and a sign indicating that someone is inspecting the machine should be hung. Before inspection, the materials on the inside of the machine should be cleaned to prevent them from falling and injuring people. After the inspection, the upper cover must be closed and the bolts tightened before the test run.


    (4) All safety devices must be intact and secure. The crusher cannot be started when the contact signal and communication equipment fail.
