Plastic crushing and cleaning equipment
The traditional way to deal with waste plastics is landfill and incineration. Landfill not only takes up a lot of space, but if the anti-seepage measures are not appropriate, the leachate produced can easily enter the surrounding surface water or infiltrate the soil, posing a long-term and serious threat to the environment and health of residents around the landfill. Direct incineration of waste plastics may also produce dioxins to pollute the atmosphere, and toxic and harmful substances in the bottom ash after incineration are further enriched, which still needs to be landfilled or further harmlessly treated. Therefore, it is more advantageous to recycle and reuse waste plastics after sorting. Different plastics can be collected, classified and granulated and used as recycled plastics. Plastics can also be reduced to monomers through pyrolysis and other technologies to re-polymerize, thereby realizing the recycling of resources. Waste plastic recycling is both environmentally friendly and can be reused for the second time, saving resources.

The so-called pretreatment of waste plastics refers to the screening, classification, crushing, cleaning, dehydration and drying of waste plastics.
