A delegation comprising industry representatives from multiple countries recently visited Jiangxi Mingxin Metallurgy Equipment Co., Ltd. as part of the China Battery Recycling Industry Tour. The delegation members toured the production workshop to observe the company's waste lithium battery crushing and recycling line in operation.
During the visit, the company's technical staff introduced the overall process flow. The production line utilizes physical crushing and separation technology, with equipment running continuously through discharge, shredding, crushing, and sorting stages, progressively separating materials such as copper, aluminum, separators, and black mass from retired lithium batteries. Notably, the entire line demonstrates outstanding performance in crushing precision control and material sorting efficiency, achieving high recovery rates for copper and aluminum, stable black mass grade, and relatively low energy consumption during operation.
The delegation members showed strong interest in the line's operational efficiency and on-site management, focusing particularly on the refined processing capability at the crushing stage and the purity of sorted materials. Several representatives spent extended time at the production site observing equipment operation details and made detailed inquiries about processing capacity, material adaptability, and energy consumption. The technical staff responded to each question with reference to actual operational data.
Relevant executives from Mingxin Metallurgy accompanied the delegation and engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including the design philosophy, long-term operational stability, and maintenance convenience of the production line.
