I. Overview of the Equipment The solar panel aluminum frame disassembling machine developed by Jiangxi Mingxin features a hydraulic servo system and a modular blade head design. The entire machine has a power output of 5.5 kW and supports the removal of various component frames with dimensions of up to 1800 x 1000 mm. The core advantages are reflected in three aspects: 1) The dual-rail positioning system can control the cutting accuracy to within 0.2mm. 2) The pneumatic pressing device prevents glass panels from cracking under pressure. 3) The adaptive cutting module supports different thicknesses of aluminum (1.2–2.0mm). II. Operating Process 1. Pre-processing Stage: First, place the components on the conveyor table and mark the cutting lines with a laser positioning device. Make sure to clean the surface stains of the frames. 2. Parameter Setting: Select the corresponding mode on the control screen based on the aluminum frame thickness (standard mode for 1.5mm/enhanced mode for 2.0mm). 3. Execution of Disassembly: After starting the hydraulic system, the device will automatically complete the four-side cutting, with each operation taking about 3 minutes. 4. Final Process: Use a dedicated pry bar to separate the aluminum frames from the glass, and ensure to wear anti-cutting gloves during the operation. III. Maintenance Points • Check the hydraulic oil level daily (it is recommended to use No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil). • Clean the rail debris and apply lithium-based lubricant every week. • Replace the cutting blades (original spare part number: MX-7B) every 200 operations. • When encountering system alarm code E07, check whether the pneumatic pressure has reached the standard value of 0.6MPa. IV. Test Data In a batch operation at a photovoltaic power station in Jiangxi, the equipment continuously processed 327 retired components. The complete recovery rate of the aluminum frames reached 98.7%, and the glass breakage rate was controlled below 0.9%. The average cost of processing a single component was 74% lower than that of manual disassembly. V. Precautions It is prohibited to operate the equipment in an environment with 80% humidity. When disassembling single-pane components, the tilt angle of the worktable should be adjusted to 15°. In the event of a sudden power outage, immediately release the hydraulic pressure manually.
