In terms of structure, the Yunxi Shaking Table is mainly composed of three parts: the table surface, the table head, and the sliding device. The table surface, which includes components such as the table frame and the feed trough, is installed on the sliding device and connected via the table surface hook of the table head. Driven by the table head, it performs reciprocating motion to achieve mineral separation. The table head adopts an eccentric shaft to drive the eccentric roller, which in turn pushes the rocker arm and further drives the connecting 丁 - head screw (connecting stud) to perform reciprocating motion. Its lubricating bearing is a sliding bearing made of ZQSN5 - 5 - 5 material, which not only produces low noise but also rotates very flexibly. The sliding device allows users to adjust the slope of the table surface according to mineral processing needs by adjusting the slope supporting plate with a handwheel.
To meet the requirements of different mineral processing particle sizes and concentrations, the Yunxi Shaking Table provides a variety of table surface options. The external dimensions of the table surface are similar to those of the 6 - S shaking table surface. It is equipped with several continuous slopes in the longitudinal direction and is divided into three types: coarse sand table surface, fine sand table surface, and grooved (slime) table surface.
In terms of technical parameters, the Yunxi Shaking Table has a table surface size of 4500×1850×500 (mm), an overall dimension of 5454×1825×1242 (mm), an adjustable stroke range of 8 - 22mm, a supporting motor of Y90L - 6 1.5kW, and a total machine weight of 800kg. Different types of table surfaces have their own characteristics in technical performance: the coarse sand table surface has a stroke of 16 - 22mm, a stroke frequency of 240 - 290 times per minute, a total water consumption of 190 m³ per machine per day, and a processing capacity of 30 tons per machine per day; the fine sand table surface has a stroke of 10 - 16mm, a stroke frequency of 300 - 320 times per minute, a total water consumption of 80 m³ per machine per day, and a processing capacity of 8 tons per machine per day; the grooved table surface has a stroke of 10 - 16mm, a stroke frequency of 330 - 340 times per minute, a total water consumption of 50 m³ per machine per day, and a processing capacity of 5 tons per machine per day.
The Yunxi Shaking Table has significant advantages. The motion of its table head has obvious asymmetry and a wide differential adjustment range, which can well adapt to different feed particle sizes and separation requirements. It is particularly suitable for processing fine-grained minerals, especially slime, when the transverse slope is small. The table surface uses raw lacquer, lacquer putty, glass fiber reinforced plastic, or polyurethane as the wear-resistant layer. The coarse sand table surface is paved with trapezoidal riffles, the fine sand table surface with serrated riffles, and the slime table surface is provided with triangular grooves. This design not only ensures the table surface is flat, has good abrasion resistance, is sturdy and durable, and not easy to deform but also facilitates local repair. In addition, the table head structure operates reliably, has few wearing parts, and no oil leakage. It is one of the most widely used shaking tables in China.
