Jiangxi Mingxin Mining Rotary Screen is a core device for particle size classification of mining materials. The core of the equipment is an obliquely installed rotary screen body, matched with a drive system consisting of a motor and a reducer. The screen body is designed with screen meshes of different apertures in sections according to process requirements, with apertures arranged in an orderly manner from small to large. During operation, the motor drives the drum to rotate at a constant speed through the reducer. Materials are fed from the high end of the drum, and move forward in a spiral flip along the screen surface under the dual action of gravity and drum rotation.
Qualified fine materials smaller than the screen mesh aperture pass through the screen mesh and fall into the lower collection port as undersize products; coarse materials larger than the screen mesh aperture continue to move forward along the cylinder wall and are finally discharged from the low end of the drum, completing the precise separation of coarse and fine materials. The continuous turning and rolling of materials in the drum can automatically pop out the materials stuck in the screen holes, avoiding screen mesh blockage from the source. Equipped with a plate-type screen cleaning mechanism, it can maintain stable screening efficiency even when processing high-viscosity and high-humidity mining materials.
