During operation, ores and cleaning water enter the tank/cylinder from the feed inlet simultaneously. The motor drives the spiral blades or drum to run at low speed through the reducer. The mud lumps and dust attached to the ore surface are completely stripped through mechanical agitation and frictional collision between materials. At the same time, with the buoyancy of water and the scouring effect of water flow, the sand, mud and impurities with lower specific gravity are discharged from the overflow port with the water. The clean ores with higher specific gravity move to the discharge end through spiral pushing or drum turning, and complete discharging after dehydration and screening, realizing efficient separation of mud and stone.
