Spiral chute, rotating chute and FRP chute vary mainly in power mode, core function and material, each suited for specific scenarios:
- Spiral chute: Unpowered gravity separation equipment. It sorts fine-grained ores by gravity and centrifugal force, featuring low energy consumption and easy maintenance, a basic option for conventional mineral processing.
- Rotating chute: Power-up version of spiral chute. Its chute body is rotatable with adjustable parameters, delivering higher separation accuracy and recovery rate, ideal for sorting refractory minerals.
- FRP chute: Made of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) as the core material, divided into two types—separation type (FRP spiral chute with corrosion and wear resistance) and diversion-only type (for conveying slurry/corrosive liquid without separation function).
Selection tips: Choose spiral chute for conventional mineral separation, rotating chute for high-demand refractory mineral processing, and FRP chute for corrosion-resistant separation or simple diversion needs.
