Tertiary Crushing is fine crushing and precise dissociation. It further grinds intermediate crushed materials to the optimal particle size for sorting, enabling complete dissociation of cathode-anode powder from copper and aluminum foils without adhesion or residue. This greatly improves the efficiency and purity of subsequent magnetic separation and eddy current separation, helping achieve a copper-aluminum recovery rate ≥ 99% and a black powder recovery rate ≥ 90%, maximizing resource value.
