Minerals are automatically stratified by density and particle size, accurately separating concentrate, middlings, and tailings.
Quick Start in Four Steps
Installation: Take out the deck, install the concentrate launder and anti-vibration pads. Level the four pads so the deck is longitudinally horizontal. Fill the water tank with clean water and place the DC pump vertically. Connect to a 380V three-phase power supply and ensure the motion direction is correct.
Parameter adjustment: Four key parameters – stroke frequency, stroke length, lateral deck slope, and wash water flow rate. When adjusting the slope, first loosen the clamp plate nuts, set the slope to 4°–6°, then retighten. After adjusting the stroke length, synchronously adjust the spring tension and hand-turn the belt two full turns to verify smooth movement. In short: loosen first, adjust, retighten, then turn two turns to test.
Start operation: First turn on the water to form a uniform water film. Observe whether the concentrate zone is clear. After confirming stable separation, feed the pulp continuously and evenly. Remember: steady feed, uniform water, clear separation – high concentrate recovery will follow.
Daily Maintenance – Durable and Trouble‑Free
Change the oil in the headbox every 3 months. Lubricate the sliding bearings every 8 hours. Change the grease in the motor bearings every 6 months. Listen to the sound, feel the temperature, and check the bolts daily – if abnormal vibration occurs or temperature exceeds 60°C, stop the machine immediately. With proper maintenance, the equipment will run for ten years without "striking."
