Three Simple Steps
Step 1 – Preparation
Put on goggles, dust mask, and gloves. Check the blades and screen for any debris. Sort waste wires by thickness – process thin wires with thin ones for best results.
Step 2 – Startup in sequence
Turn on the main power. Start the crusher first, then the blower, and finally the separation system. Let the machine run idle for about 30 seconds – only feed material when the sound is stable.
Step 3 – Even feeding
Feed wires slowly and evenly into the inlet. Do NOT dump too much at once. Observe the separation effect as you feed. Copper granules come out automatically from the copper outlet, and plastic from the plastic outlet.
Daily Tips
After each shift, clean the screen and magnetic drum to prevent clogging. Check blade wear regularly – replace if worn. Stop the machine immediately if you hear abnormal noise or excessive vibration. Keep the three‑phase voltage stable and avoid overloading.
